This ancient building served as a guard and surveillance of the town during the times of the conquest and today it has been declared a  <strong>Asset of National Cultural Interest.  <\/strong>Here do not forget to visit the ruins of the Iberian settlement, an area that is preserved in ruins, but not less important for the legacy of this place.<\/p>\n<p>The second point is the <strong>Montbui Castle<\/strong>, located in <strong>Bigues i Riells<\/strong>. tower<\/strong>to learn about the milestone between the municipalities of  <strong>Sentmenat<\/strong>  y  <strong>Caldes  <\/strong><strong>de Montbui.  <\/strong>This building is located right in the old Iberian settlement, where the old hermitage of San Miguel del Arn and the waterfall and pool of P\u00e8lags remain in ruins; constructions that trace the history of this area.<\/p>\n<p>The story goes that this tower located on one of the highest hills of the town served as a watchtower for the protection of the town and its inhabitants during the times of the conquest and it was the Romans who gave continuity to its construction and influenced the Romanesque air that can be seen in most of its structure.<\/p>\n<p>When you are in this place, do not forget to ask about the arrived at  <strong>Castell De Montbui.  <\/strong>As a curious fact, this castle receives its name for being the property and home of the &#8220;Montbui family&#8221;, who inhabited it for most of the  <strong>thirteenth century<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><strong>After several successions this castle came into the hands of the crown around 1714 and it was for this reason that it underwent several modifications in its design and architecture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Although the <\/strong><strong>Castle of Montbui<\/strong> is currently in ruins, you can still appreciate the remarkable canvases of its walls made of inclined stone, rectangular ashlars and still retains its polygonal structure. This fortification is located in one of the most important parks in the country.  <strong>Catalonia<\/strong>, the <strong>Natural Park of Montseny. <\/strong><strong>The castle of<\/strong> <strong>Tagamanent,&nbsp;<\/strong>keeps the remains of the first signs of population of the<strong> province of Barcelona, <\/strong>of which we can still identify churches, medieval chapels, large farmhouses, among others, which were built on the road leading to this beautiful mountain.<\/p>\n<p>The most incredible thing about <strong>Tur\u00f3 de Tagamanent, and <\/strong>of course one of the reasons that always motivates us to visit it, are its incredible panoramic views of the village. Something that if we could describe in one word, it would be &#8220;fascinating&#8221;. Not taking a picture in this place is unforgivable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
