Creu del Codó

To reach the viewpoint we must leave the car because the section can only be done on foot. Once there, we walked for about 15 minutes until we reached the viewpoint.

Lord's Sanctuary

The Santuari de Lord or sanctuary of the Virgin of Lord is one of the most emblematic places of Solsonès and is located at the top of the Mola de Lord at 1,156 meters high and to get there will take about 20 minutes approximately.

This historic temple dates back to the 10th century and was rebuilt in the 19th century. And it is a symbol of the Carlist wars that it faced during its construction and that are part of the history of this area of Catalonia.

Inside the sanctuary is the image of a medieval black virgin standing out among the Romanesque and Baroque styles, characteristic of the period. To generate a little more interest, you should know that monks still live here and are in charge of the care and preservation of the sanctuary.
